We provide to our value customers the most easy way to make their order through Online. If you wish to order some bouquets from us, you can view our products that shown at products gallery at the main page, track the item u wish to buy, an order form will prompt out, what you need to do is just fill in the form then click submit, the order will send to us. Remember, all the details must fill in correctly. After we received your order, we will send you a confirmation message or give you a phone call.
Payment
Payment should make after we received your order, we will let you know the total amount you need to pay to us. After made the payment please email order@floralsense.com.my with your transaction information such as date of payment, amount of transaction, transaction number, which bank and your name.

Refund Policy
If you found any problem occur when you order, please inform us as soon as possible because most of our products are perishable. We will either give you a free-replacement or refund the money equivalent to your order. However, all refund request will depend on a case by case basic.
For the customers who have cancelled the order that been sent, we will have a transaction charge of 5% of the purchase price. As such refunds will be paid back to the customers at purchasing price less than 5%.
